We are happy to inform you that more than 60% have received their Rocket Brands AB (publ) shares. During this process, there has been a lot of correspondence between us and shareholders, where many questions have been repeated. We would therefore like to clarify some of the most asked questions below.
First, you are already a shareholder registered in the company’s shareholder book, even if you have not received your digital shares yet.
Secondly, we can unfortunately not further assist you in finding a bank/brokerage that can receive your unlisted shares, communicate directly with your bank, or confirm that the account shared with us works. This is a conversation between you and your bank, and the distribution of RB shares is a bank-to-bank transaction.
Further, once you have found a bank/brokerage that can receive, please share the following with us:
Name of the bank/brokerage (Nordnet)
A direct email to the receiving department or contact person. Hence, this is a bank-to-bank transaction and Eminova will reach out to your bank before delivering your shares (norwaytransfers@nordnet.no)
Before you share your account number with us, please make sure it works, that it is for the right account, and that it can receive shares. (53806428, Aksje-og fondskonto)
An example of what you can ask your bank:
I/we own shares in a Swedish public company called Rocket Brands AB (publ) which has an ISIN number of SE0021513538. Shares are now being distributed and I need to find a bank that can receive my shares. I would like to know if you have an account that can host this for me, or do I have to go elsewhere? In that case, can you please recommend someone for me?
This should be enough. If not, you must find a bank, or a trading platform, in your country that can keep Swedish unlisted shares.
In Scandinavia, a lot of our shareholders use Nordnets Aksje- og Fondskonto, which directly translates to “Shares and Funds account”.
