Dear Shareholder,
Rocket Brands AB (publ) has decided to deregister the company’s shares from Euroclear until further notice.
Rocket Brands is not publicly listed, and over time we have found the current solution to be unnecessarily cumbersome.
The delivery and transfer of shares have taken time, information about holdings and reference prices has been difficult to access, and the solution has created both costs and practical challenges.
We therefore believe that a direct and modern solution will be better for both the company and its shareholders. In connection with a future stock exchange listing, we will register the shares with Euroclear again.
